KEY-CARD POUCH

Sheerah asked me if I could help to make something to hold her key card to her key chain as the hole is broken. So I crocheted a pouch to hold the card and attached a hook to it so she can hang it to her bunch of keys.

I used AMINAH yarn. I crocheted chain stitches to attach a spectacles-button to close the opening. It was done in 1+ hour.

PATTERN:
ch - chain
dc - double crochet
ss - slip stitch
fo - fasten off
sk st - skip stitch

Start off with 16 ch
Row 1:  3ch; dc in each ch; 3dc into last ch;  Turn and dc into the other side of each ch; 2dc into last ch; ss into 3rd ch

Row 2-5: 3ch; dc into every st; ss into 3rd ch

Row 6-10: 3ch; 4dc; **1ch; sk st; dc; ** Repeat 4 times (5 spaces); dc into rest of the stitches; ss into 3rd ch

Row 11-15: 3ch; dc into each st; ss into 3rd ch
Note: Leave a space in the middle of one side of the last row for button hole, as shown in the picture above.

Loop to hold the hook:
6ch; put through the hook; attach the loop to next st; ss and fo.

Button:
Attach the yarn to middle of the other side of the last row to make 4ch; attach the button; 4ch; ss back to where the yarn is attached and fasten off.
